Our business hours are Monday through Saturday, 9am-10pm. Closed on Sunday.

currency.

All prices listed are in U.S. dollars.

deposits and payments.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is due before work can commence. The balance of the 50% is to be paid at the end of the project, once the project is approved and before the final project is delivered.

An invoice is emailed to you after consultation.

payment methods accepted.

Zelle is the most simple, convenient way to make payments online and allows you to use your debit/credit card.

Other payment methods accepted include: Cash, Venmo and Cashapp.

If you book through HoneyBook, payment MUST be made through HoneyBook.

cancellations.

You can make cancellations at any time, but keep in mind that the deposit is non-refundable.

turnarounds and revisions.

For event flyers, cover art, posters, business cards and banners: allow a 5-7 day turnaround.

For logos: allow a 7-10 day turnaround.

Each project is allowed 2 revisions. Additional revisions can be made and will be quoted based on the project.

portfolio and social media credit.

We reserve the right to: (1) add completed projects to our portfolio and social media accounts; (2) ask to be tagged on projects when uploading to your personal and/or organizational social media accounts; (3) place a watermark of our logo on all projects, if possible.

These accounts can include, but are not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, etc.; and, our personal website.

contract.

By entering into a project with Surreal Studios Branding Company, you are consenting to be bound by terms of these policies and procedures.
